Stuck trying to find something on this site? There are several ways to search for information.

1. Use the links menu on the left hand side of the screen. Most information is listed within these links.

2. Use the A-Z Resource Locator. This is the drop down menu at the top of the links menu on the left hand side of the screen. This is a quick list of commonly referred to pages.

3. Use the Search Engine. Click on the link that says "Search this site" and enter some keywords relating to your query. The search engine will try to find the most relevant pages pertaining to your request.

4. Still no luck? You can use our feedback form to contact us with your query and we will email or phone you back with assistance.

File Formats

The majority of downloads on this site are in Adobe PDF format, however, others are available in Word and Excel. Each download will have a small icon next to it, that indicates its format.

File Sizes

Some downloads throughout this site can be quite large, so all files have been marked with their exact size.

Eg. Full copy of service charter Adobe PDF (523.9kb)

The larger the number of kb (kilobytes), the larger the file, and therefore the longer it will take to download to your PC. Please note some files are actually measured in mb (megabytes) which very large files. Remember that 1000 kilobytes equals 1 megabyte.
